DoubleAmputee

Around September 2021 I was diagnosed with a rare blood disease which causes my blood to clot all throughout my body. Along with my blood pressure and other minor health issues of course they prescribe me with medications to take to help thin my blood to “ break the clots down throughout my body” On December 6,2021 I had a below the knee amputation due to the clots, they found no pulse in my leg which mean basically the leg was dead and would cause more harm to my body if I did not go through with the procedure. Living as an amputee was not easy but became easier. Of course I have not been able to work because of all of my conditions especially being that I was still in physical therapy for my first amputation & still learning to work with my prosthesis . May 16 2023 I came to the hospital for a regular check-up after a stint procedure to try to keep the clots from building in my right leg. Within my check up instantly the doctors told me I would be rushed into emergency surgery for my second amputation. With this amputation comes a second round of physical therapy , extra medication, and of course extra hospital bills. My disability has been denied the first few times , and my insurance only cover a small percentage. I’ve created this go fund me to help me get my pair of prosthesis & also to help with my medical expenses. Anything that can be donated will be greatly appreciated, god bless you all .
