These are the eviction papers...

Hi, I’m Monique, 41, and I’m seeking a fresh start for my mom and me.
My mom, Roxanne, is 66 and has multiple sclerosis. She’s the most important person in my life—strong, loving, and deserving of so much more than what life has given her lately. We live in California, and like many here, we’ve always just managed to “get by.”
Right now, my mom and her boyfriend are being evicted. I’ve helped clean and searched for apartments with them, but it’s been an uphill battle—especially when dealing with people who struggle to let go of even the smallest things.
Her boyfriend has been a constant problem. He’s stolen from her, from me, and others. We finally have a caseworker involved who’s reporting him and helping us find safe housing for my mom.
Ideally, I want to become her full-time caretaker, but we can’t even start that process until she’s in a safe, stable place.
Currently, I’m homeless too. I was living in a rental car while driving for a rideshare company, but that fell through. Thankfully, I just got hired at Ross, and I’m working to rebuild from scratch.
I’m asking for help covering motel stays until my mom and I can get placed through one of our support resources. If needed, we’re prepared to involve the police to ensure her boyfriend stays away.
This isn’t just about temporary shelter—it’s about protecting someone who can’t protect herself. If it were just me, I’d tough it out. But my mom deserves safety, stability, and dignity.
Any support means the world to us. Thank you for reading.
***We see and thank you ALL for the donations you're giving. Had to edit this in.***
