It is so hard for me to get on here and not only ask for your help, but also to tell you why. It is such a sensitive subject, it has me in tears because I can’t tackle it within our own family and it leaves me feeling helpless. I realize that our story may not be as dramatic as some. But this is our real struggle. My husband needs major dental work done. Most insurance for dental procedures don’t cover even the taxes of procedures let alone anything else. I even tried to get the best dental insurance offered. My husband needs full implants done. Upper and lower All on 4. For months we have been looking at every option possible. We have researched different clinics looked at financing options( which I will just say are completely insane). We already have a slew of medical bills due to my health issues. I had Thyroid Cancer and will continue seeing my specialist for 10 years. Although I feel much better after my thyroid removal, I am now juggling being a homeschool mom and trying to work a part time job so I can help my husband.
I feel so overwhelmed and don’t know what else to do. As of now, he is in so much pain and another tooth needs to be pulled soon. I want to give him peace of mind.
We are weighing our options and considering going to Mexico for the procedures. Not only do they have more advanced options, but also the cost is much lower. Any help is so much appreciated. My husband deals with people every day, I want him to be able to be confident and happy about his mouth again.
I do ask for complete discretion. Please if you know us, don’t say anything to my husband. I do not want him to feel embarrassed. As stated, this is a very sensitive topic for him.
