Dear Family, Friends and Foundations,
I trust this letter find you well. I am writing this letter on behalf of Minister Diane Dean and to share her personal Journey with you in the hope of seeking financial assistance to assist her with recovery from her crucial medical intervention-A kidney transplant.
Over the past few years, she has been battling end stage renal disease, traveling to dialysis three times a week, catching Ubers and taxies to her appointments; along with trying to maintain life and good spirits. She has had unwavering faith. She continued to minister to others although her condition was critical. She is without a car due to going and visiting people ill in the hospital and was in a major car accident. However, this did not stop her from trying to do for others. She has also had to recalculate her life due to going on disability after working as a certified nursing assistant for 37 years which placed her in a one room living arrangement. She has even desired to live in a tiny house just to have something of her own due to limited income. Her recommended course of action was an immediate kidney transplant. As you can imagine, the associated medical costs are overwhelming for her and her family. We are reaching out to Family, Friends and Foundations with the sincere hope that you can provide support during this challenging time. Your assistance will not only alleviate the financial strain but also bring hope and healing to her life. She needs assistance with lodging, gas expenses for traveling to Shands Hospital three times a week, meals, co-pays for her crucial transplant medications to prevent the rejection of her newly transplanted kidney and just day to day expenses.
