Help Jeff & Family Keep Their Home

My husband Jeff and I are in danger of losing our home. We got behind on our mortgage and bills because of Jeff's health issues. He went through bypass surgery in December and can't seem to get past complications from it. He is back to work. But we can't see to get caught up. We are praying for relief. Please help if you can.
