Help A Caregiver Keep Going

I've never believed in gofund me accounts or anything like this, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

I'm a caregiver that has devoted my life to serving others at the end of their lives. I don't make a lot of money, and have come to find out that my only mode of transportation to and from work (thats 30 miles away) needs some massive repairs.

Please, I've never begged for anything in my life but to anyone who is seeing this... i am begging, please help.
