I had Secondary Insurance, and it was lapsed because the woman handling it, quit. I have thousands in Medical bills and no vehicle. I'm starting a new job May 19th, and I have to have a vehicle to drive my 5 year old to school and t ball, plus I have to get to medical appointments. I never ask for help, so this is incredibly difficult for me.
