Our cherished mother, Everest, left us too soon on March 30, 2025. After a courageous battle with dementia and diabetes, her departure has left a profound void in our hearts. Yet, in her life, she taught us to honor the moments and celebrate life, a lesson we're determined to uphold even in this time of loss.Everest always expressed her wish to be celebrated and to have her ashes sent back to her beloved homeland of Trinidad and Tobago.
In honoring her memory and fulfilling her wish, my siblings and I are planning two meaningful services: a cremation and service in Brooklyn, NY, on April 12, 2025, followed by a celebration in Trinidad at a later date.Such a farewell deserves the love and warmth she brought into our lives.
