Jamey/James Stanczak is my ex husband. If you google my name you will see Angie Stanczak Is the mom of Michael Stanczak who was assaulted in the football locker room for Palestine High School in Texas in October of 2017. You see my daughter Alexandra Vaca died in a fiery crash. You may find my name connected to Jerry Torres and Adalinn Avellaneda and the death of my grandson Nathaniel Torres who died in my arms at a Texas hospital after they removed him off the ventilator on December 14, 2019. What you won't see is that I had the funeral and buried Alexandra on 12/2/2019 & had Nate's funeral on my birthday 12/22/2019.
What you won't see yet are the facts that lead to those deaths and they are connected to my ex in my belief as an ultimate punishment for escaping him at the end of July of 2019 in which there is a 911 report where search and rescue had to find us in the woods where we got lost during our escape because he came into the woods after us. You won't see the many police reports when he was stalking or harassing us or how terrified my daughter Alexandra was because he and my son where following her even after a judge ordered that he stay away. You won't see the family court proceedings where a judge allowed him to stay in our house in NM forcing me and our three minor children instantly homeless four days before school started. Leaving them without shelter nor school just days before the 2019 school year. You will see he has lied repeatedly on the stand, & been in attempt of court several times. He was arrested for two counts of super aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 6 & two counts of indecency of a child. These are just some of his charges. He has broken bond conditions in Judge Glass's court in Harris Co. (Houston Texas criminal court) more than twice & Judge Glass never never had him arrested. Why not? Judge Mitchell made us homeless & then Judge Bryant and Judge Mitchell family court judges for DeBaca County NM never gave us child support for three minor children while I had custody. He was just ordered to pay me by the 15th and it was supposed to be $1,300 and then the judge made it just $545 monthly. Our home has no mortgage and it was the sale of my childhood home in Kingwood Texas that provided us a home to begin with. He never worked to provide us a home. I had evidence he lied in court in family court and he has not been impeeched as a witness. Why not? How can this be? I don't have a speeding ticket on my record yet he was arrested with his first felony at age 17!!! We have to ot expenses because he refused to leave our home yet it's empty because he travels the country working in the windmill Industry as a contractor and he's living it up in hotels. How and why does this happen in the U. S.? Is it because he ran for Congress under a name that is not his legal name in Harris county Houdton Texas in 2012 and 2014???
The same children who are his rape victims & who lost a sister and nephew because of Mr. Stanczak's ability to twist the criminal justice system to victimize us even further. These same kids saw their brother in law and sister locked up for the death of their son when they should have had an outpouring of love by the public & were arrested instead. Do your research & see The former DA of Anderson county Allyson Mitchell was forced to resign. She was guilty of much but an inmate's death and where is her jail time? I read the evidence and it is flimsy at best. If I did not believe in Adalinn & Jerry's innocence and that my ex had something to do with it... I would not be be here asking for help.
Asking for help is hard because I am a giver and it's hard for me to receive. But I am desperate so here I am. This is for my children because they already have nightmares and have to testify against him March 21, 2022 in a few weeks. Hey don't need to stress any more.
I am not about a handout and I'm on disability for a TBI & I also have Lupus, POTS Dysautonomia, arthritis & Im battling tumors. I'm a patient also of MD Anderson & it is by God's grace and strength I do everything I do. I was being allegedly poisoned by Mr. Stanczak according to eye witness account & it makes sense that he didn't want me to know what he was up to & me being sick gains him sympathy with others. I struggle daily with my physical health; and the trauma and emotional health of my children who all have CPTSD. I too have CPTSD.
I hope to become a life coach and help change the law by sharing my experience & help others heal from their trauma by sharing our experience.
Right now we are about to be homeless again if someone doesn't step in and grant us a blessing immediately.I understand we all are struggling but any amount would help us reach our goal.
Our friends and family have been our strength and we are ever so grateful. Some are strangers we have met after our escape by chance or even online. Despite this great pain we have been blessed with many people pouring out their prayers and kindness and one way or another they have been there for us to support us emotionally and spiritually and for that I am honored and humbled.
