This fundraiser is for the Alnajjar family in Gaza, Palestine. This is their message and plea to you:
"I am Fawzi Al-Najjar, 28 years old, from Gaza, Palestine. I am married, and my wife is pregnant. My family and I are living in very difficult humanitarian conditions, and I am trying my best to support them after we lost our only brother in this war.
My wife is pregnant and suffering from dehydration and pregnancy complications. She needs medication and daily care to stabilize her pregnancy and ensure the health of our baby. Given the difficult circumstances and the shortage of medication, providing her treatment has become an overwhelming burden.
My mother has breast cancer and requires continuous medication and chemotherapy. Her condition necessitates urgent evacuation from Gaza to receive the necessary treatment and medical care.
My father is an elderly man with severe vision impairment. He needs glasses and medication, as well as lens implant surgery to improve his sight.
I lost my only brother as a martyr in this war, and we no longer have anyone to support the family.ย I became responsible for supporting my family, including eight sisters and their children, at a time when providing food, medicine, and basic necessities has become incredibly difficult.
Among the most heartbreaking cases is that of my sister's son, Mohammed, who was injured in a treacherous bombing that targeted a tent next to ours. He suffered severe third-degree burns. Mohammed urgently needs surgery and ongoing treatment to save his life and help him recover.
