They stole our dogs, what is happening to our family?
14 of our dogs are dead and others are missing. They left a loving safe adequate environment for one that’s harmful
There was a time we would see honorable rescues of dogs in need, emaciated with skin sores in poor conditions
Now, we often see healthy-looking dogs being removed from homes, or they show nothing at all.
We get the narrative but not the evidence. The talk is that even if a dog looks well it can still be neglected or abused
So what about the dogs in the streets? Or the 60 dogs they euthanized within weeks to make space for our 51 dogs in an overrun shelter
“These, (our) dogs will help many of us” the one in charge at animal control says, according to one whistleblower who was a vet tech at this shelter
This whistleblower adds that the neglect and abuse is actually happening at the shelter where our dogs didn’t see the light of day.
Videos we’ve seen of our dogs in small cages barely able to move. Testimony of no air conditioning or heat. That in the morning they count the dead dogs frozen to death
and further testimony that our dogs lie on their urine and feces for prolonged periods of time. Their justification is that it’s a legal case.
Yet there is only so much evidence that this judge allowed from us, in a broke small town that has been sued for nepotism
In a city so financially desperate that is willing to commit criminal atrocities to keep our dogs for financial gain. Harassing and threatening witnesses using detectives
Withholding, pictures and videos, Lying, breaking many laws and purposely misleading the courts, to bail themselves of their financial hole, our poor dogs were illegally seized
There are two whistleblowers, actually three, one who is afraid to come forward. And with the laws stacked against us, we have put everything into rescuing our dogs who truly need it now
The second whistleblower is the main investigator in the June and October calls, who insists our dogs should have never been removed, and has vowed to become an attorney to fight such injustice
With a great love for the Frenchie breed, I had a dream. To restore the health and standard of these dogs, slowly lost over time.
This dream made possible by a person with a rough start, (my life is an open book), who became a nurse and a European doctor who arrived with just a suitcase
Orphaned at 15 and both without family we built our life together and established a successful business that would sell for millions
We invested in two multi-million dollar homes and bought expensive French bulldog puppies from responsible breeders of over 20 years
Both houses provided ample space for our dogs in a specialized setting and well thought out routine, that provided their every need, training, and love
After hiring a professional trainer for all our dogs I learned to train them as well and started competing in dog shows with our ADA dog Peter Pan where we won 1st and 3rd place
This had become the big family, I always wanted and there were trials and errors in the year and a half we had these dogs, we efficiently learned and lived by the grace of God.
We realized our dogs were best taken care of by us, especially after a dark time. In which our hired help expressed that he would like to have the nice things we have as well
Then came the neglect of our dogs. Brandon Snyder was paid to train and look after a few single dogs in their outside housing.
Confronting Brandon for not taking our dogs out and leaving them in small cages in their waste, as he promised to relieve the dogs every 2 hours outside, he became irate
Advised us that he doesn’t need to ask permission to use our premises for his business of training big dangerous dogs and so he had no time
Adding that he has a video of his neglect to blame on us being that we have puppies worth the value of 100k that we don’t want to lose, as I recently saw in texts
Not only did he blackmail us but extorted us for money to the tune of 8k a month. We have texts of this back and forth with my sister and a priest who visited us from India for a week
We also have videos complaining of Brendan neglecting his work even though we did his work in the morning and night. When Brendan still neglected our dogs we fired him regardless of his threats
We hope this evidence will be allowed to our defense and include the police report of Brandon stealing our highest valued dog “Bunny” the day we fired him even though this happened in June

October video from the city was provided of just the converted garage and 12x14 converted shed with electricity, running water, AC and heater, beds, large playpens with 1-3 dogs in each one, clean water, clean dogs and areas outside for water play and sun
The only other place the city showed was a sick/isolation room of 7 recovering puppies for which we were instructed to do so under our breeding specialist vet.
The body cams were withheld form us among many other critical pieces of evidence and the intake vets refused to testify, documents were proven altered, and a lot of questions remain
Abby, the main investigator took pictures and videotaped the whole house and outside, but no explanation for why this was not produced
And our estranged daughter videotaped the entire house and outside when she watched the dogs for two days. This could have shown the truth a great contrast to what the city or the Brandon videos alleged but that was Sept 29 and Sept 30 not October
Our October videos showed the mamas and babies, puppies still with momma up to 3 months, and pregnant ladies, who needed close supervision, more attention, and care close to us in our huge master bedroom
And a large breakfast room with all windowed walls that contained puppies turning 4 months and the ones just turning 5 months awaiting their potential for improving the breed which is usually seen at 6-7 months.
Not shown is the office downstairs of this 7k square foot 2 story house where a puppy we received sick with intestinal issues, is now an adult in a special chicken and rice meal and under constant vet care
There were a total of 14 babies under 4 months and 11 just turned 5 months, plus 20 adults. This included my pocket puppy the only cleft lip baby, I personally raised “Chuchi”.
These were my first set of puppies, in wonderful care of a vet, as we had state-of-the-art equipment and had it down to a science
But we were in the wrong place, in the wrong time. Not to mention that the Frenchie world can be cut throat within the most popular breed for years and the breed most stolen
We were living between two homes, our Pinecrest home in Miami, and the nicest house in the neighborhood by the water in Fort Pierce
1 month in January in Fort Pierce-animal control was called out to investigate us. Back to Miami
2 months-may-June- Brandon’s neglect videos the day after firing him and reporting him for stealing bunny. Back to Miami
We swore we would never return, so when we had to sell the Miami house, Fort Pierce would be temporary
2 months in Fort Pierce, dogs were seized from our home as we were threatened by the police that otherwise our daughter wouldn’t return, if we kept insisting for a warrant, just 2 weeks before we moved out
Who knew we would move out? Kelly Cabot who I gifted several Frenchies to and being both retired cops, she was breeding for different reasons
Kelly was selling puppies at 6-8k and complaining that I only gave mine away to those who helped clean our house, loving homes that couldn’t afford to buy dogs such as this
Kelly Cabot admits in her texts that we didn’t sell one dog but accepted $500 donations 3 times from strangers. So despite gifting 38 dogs because I didn’t sell any she reported this to be compulsive hoarding
This narrative is what the city went with. armored with the Brendan neglect videos. Since they could not account for abuse otherwise, not even with the city’s own vet who testified there was no abuse or neglect
So much did the city push this false heretic, that the judge said everything bad that happened at the shelter even two months later is our fault.
Even our attorney getting sick and going to the hospital is our fault among other cruel and unusual things he said.
I kept staring at the words “in God we trust” on the plaque above him as he continued to thank the city for their deceptive tactics, the police and animal control for their abusive power
At least we have our daughter back and that consoles my broken heart. She should have never been taken for 20 hours, missing and endangered until intercepted by excellent police work before being taken across state lines
Only to find out it was my sister Kelly who used our estranged brain-injured 33-year-old daughter to take our 17-year-old daughter from the youth group in the middle of the night.
It was Kelly behind the 7 DCF investigations against us, now both cases closed and unfounded. The one behind weaponizing all systems against us, the dogs being collateral damage
It was my sister who was behind the animal control call in January as well as the FBI with chatter that we are the Russian mafia, trafficking our daughter, who is not ours, animals, and drugs
The many times we paid and flew Kelly from Utah to help us birth our mothers or look after our house dogs when away for business, what else occurred?
In that time did Kelly speak with Brandon? Could she have instructed him to set us up with the videos of his own neglect; or did he act alone? the video that would be the only suspicion of abuse that would take us down
Despite all the nice videos, and testimonies of an immaculate condition for our dogs by the handyman, and Abby the main investigator turned whistleblower due to the wrongness of all this
The only thing that mattered to this judge was that if we can abuse and neglect our dogs once we can do it again. He added how wrong it was to blame Brandon? Had the judge allowed our defense, He would see it wasn’t us
How did Kelly know that Brandon was capable of stealing our dogs, told us to look out for this, especially Bunny, and pretend she wasn’t involved as she did in our daughter’s grooming and kidnapping
Since Kelly did testify to calling animal control on us in October including many lies. And since then she has contacted the FBI on us again and after two more attempts our daughter is seeking a restraining order against Kelly
These two articles, one newly published and one I recently discovered, a sick person coupled with a small town in need willing to cheat, lie, and steal
We have shifted from animal abuse to people abuse. I stand confident that with the truth on our side, we will overcome this darkness, but in the meantime, what is happening to our dogs?

Although grown I still love to play with toys and the first to great mom at the side of the bed when she woke up. I have a cute

When taken from my home, pregnant, the shelter lost me and till this day not even staff has seen me or my babies. I love my mom and dad and I know they love me.
Never knowing anything but my family and home since I was a baby, I am really scared where I am now. Wish we could be together again, here I am just as I was taken, didn’t get a chance to experience the birthing process with my family
