Have 2 separate projects in the hopper. A farmers market rotisserie chicken venture and a choripan food cart! These funds will help go towards either one that looks to substantiate sooner. The market chicken idea is in the lead right now pending board approval and obtaining commissary. Funding on this route will go directly towards equipment, kitchen rental, and permitting. If it proves to be a dead end I will direct funds toward hoodvent and finishing out the food cart. The market chicken venture ( a fixed location, Saturdays only, but guaranteed $ maker) would be the quickest line of cash flow to seed the food cart(Mobile pop-up oriented). All of this is my solution to be more niche service based for my glass company. It will allow me to slow down day to day and take the glass projects I want versus chasing every dollar to stay afloat. My nights and weekends stream of revenue.
