Built on the Rock: Securing a Future for Uganda's Children
A Firm Foundation
Our ministry is named after the Rock of ages. We provide a safe, faith-filled home for 18 beautiful children in Uganda. We want to give them a firm foundation so they can grow into strong leaders. But this work is about more than just our home. By raising these children with love and faith, we are building generational stability for the whole community.
These kids will grow up to guide, support, and lift up their neighbors for years to come.
Your gift today will go directly toward housing. The ministry and family are in danger of losing their housing through no fault of their own. The property Mike and Maria have rented and worked so hard to update and improve these last four years is in the process of being foreclosed on. It is critical that we raise $8000us, to be able to make the down payment to purchase the property, and provide a stable, safe, and sustainable home for years to come. The funds will also go, in part to provide nutritious meals clothing for the children and the medical needs of the family.
Our Vision for Forever
We want to stop paying rent and purchase the home we now live in. These children deserve secure housing, without having to worry about rent, or bank foreclosure. Also, last year, God blessed us with our own small piece of farmland! Now, we need to secure it and make it useful.
