It started just before Christmas. I wake up to go to work. When I go out to my car it isn’t in the driveway. I call the police and file a report. It didn’t help that it was a Hyundai. Police stated nothing could be done until the car was found. Insurance would not cover it at all. They claimed with the high rate of auto thefts they would not cover it. My insurance company was Progressive. Since then, I bought a used car and making do.
Next, just after Christmas. My bank account is hacked for $900. My bank was go2bank. The bank claimed that I could not prove it wasn’t me that did it and refused to cover me. On research, the bank is already in trouble for doing this to others. Please avoid this bank.
Now, going to work a truck blows a tire. The tire goes under my car and kills the grill, the washer bottle and the bumper. Picture is shown below. Insurance needs a $500 deductible. Ordinarily I would have had this money in “the bank”.
I am at wit’s end. My parents have given me as much as they can. Both are on Social Security and have little to spare. This is my last hope.
