I got into a program with ribbon they purchased a townhome for me I had to live in the home for six months they bought it for me and my mom who is handicap and she’s disabled she’s 71 years old I’ve been taking care of her for 20 years now and me her oldest son while we lived in the townhome for Six months like they said after the six months we were supposed to close on the house but because the community HOH is not up to par with the delinquency and also the HOH insurance is lapsed my FHA loan will not allow me to purchase the home while we try to go a different route and go conventional again they not let me they would not let me purchase the home well now ribbon it’s taken about $15,000 for me that was the first down payment I had to pay for two appraisals which was $600 each and now they tell him you have to move by the end of the month I don’t have no place to go by my mom’s in a wheelchair and on oxygen and this is ridiculous I don’t know why and I need to know why they took my money and now they want me to move when I originally I was supposed to purchase the townhome I feel the is considered predatory lending and I’m being taken advantage of please helpI’m ready to expose the HOH exposed ribbon homes and anybody else that’s taking my money and now want me out of my home when I have documents stating I belong here please I wanna take this to the media as soon as possible I do not wanna be homelessIseise
