My name is Diaa, and this is my wife, Jumana. We live in Gaza, where continuing our education has become a struggle far beyond the classroom.
Jumana is studying Medical Laboratory Sciences and is now in her final semester of university. She is so close to completing her degree, but the remaining university fees are standing between her and the certificate she has worked so hard to earn.
I have also completed my university studies, but I am facing the same barrier: unpaid university fees are preventing me from obtaining my official certificate. Together, we need approximately $5,000 to pay our outstanding university fees, release our certificates, and finally have the opportunity to apply for Master’s scholarships and study opportunities abroad.
For us, this $7,000 is not simply a financial goal.
It is the difference between being stuck and being able to move forward.
