Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my fundraiser page. I’m raising funds for my uncle, Mohamed, who needs a prosthetic limb.
My uncle is a kind, hardworking, and devoted father who has faced many medical challenges that ultimately led to the amputation of his left leg. Recently, he was also forced to flee Sudan because of the ongoing war, leaving behind the stability and support he once had.
Without a prosthetic leg, everyday tasks have become extremely difficult. He is unable to work and is at constant risk of falling, which makes even simple movements unsafe. Despite all of this, he continues to stay hopeful and determined to rebuild his life.
This fundraiser will help provide him with a prosthetic leg, a wheelchair, and the physical therapy he will need to learn how to use the prosthetic safely. These resources would give him the chance to regain independence, move safely, and begin rebuilding his life after everything he has endured.
