Hi! My name is Astha and I am raising money for the Miss America Foundation. I currently hold the title of Miss Empire Rose and will competiting for the title of Miss New York in the spring. Throughout my time with the Miss America organization, I have met countless inspring women, attended various professional development virtual events, volunteered in my comunity, and been grateful to receive scholarship funds for further education.
The Miss America Organization’s mission is to prepare great women for the world, and to prepare the world for great women. One of the ways they do that is by providing scholarships—from the national competition, all the way to our local communities. 2021 is especially special as this is the 100th year of Miss America!

About the Miss America Foundation:
The Miss America Foundation (MAF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that empowers women through career resources and educational scholarships. In addition to awards for women competing in the Miss America program, the MAF offers scholarships to women in the categories of medicine, business, STEM, military service, equity and justice work, social impact, athletics, the performing arts, and more. Donations made through this campaign will directly benefit the candidate’s state organization and the Miss America Foundation, 501(c)(3). As a 501(c)(3), donations are tax deductible per IRS regulations.
