Friends, family, and community members,

Today, I'm asking for your help for someone who has spent years helping others without ever asking for anything in return.

Many of you know Jerry6486 (Bailey) as the guy who is always there supporting everyone around him. Whether it's offering encouragement, lending a hand, or simply showing up when someone needs him, Jerry has always been the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation.

Right now, Jerry and his girlfriend are facing one of the toughest chapters of their lives. After living in extremely difficult and unlivable conditions in Texas, they've made the difficult decision to return home to Indiana, where they both have jobs lined up and a chance to rebuild their lives. Adding to the urgency, they are expecting their first child and are working hard to create a safe, stable home for their growing family.

Until they can get back on their feet, they're currently staying separately—Jerry is staying with a friend, while his girlfriend, the mother of his child, is staying with her parents. Their goal is to return home to Indiana on Tuesday, June 2nd, and begin the next chapter together.

We're trying to raise $2,500 to help cover the down payment on an apartment and moving expenses so they can make it home and start fresh. Every dollar brings them one step closer to having a place of their own and providing a stable environment for their baby.

I've known Jerry for quite some time and even had the opportunity to spend a day with him in Indiana last year. He's one of the hardest-working and most genuine people I've met. This isn't someone looking for a handout—this is someone who has fallen on hard times and needs a little help getting back on his feet.

If you're able to donate, no matter how small the amount, it would mean the world to them. If you can't donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser so we can reach as many people as possible.

Let's come together and help Jerry, his girlfriend, and their future child get the fresh start they deserve.

Thank you all for your support.
