When it snows it pours (literally). Early last week, I came home to two huge puddles on the floor that continue to grow as the ice and snow melts through the roof in our 1 bedroom apartment.
Now the kids are home from school (crashing on the couch or at the grandparent’s house) and we are dealing with repairs, mold protection, etc.
Work will not be complete until end of January or February. I have a friend who has offered a more affordable place to stay but I need help paying the fee to break my lease and move our furniture.
