Noah Fritz is writing a book, called "We are the Knights," about the 1972-73 undefeated Franklin Jr High Football Team in honor of the players and to raise money for a scholarship for students from the "Westend" of Rock Island.  All the proceeds from the book will go to the scholarship. 

SAVE THE DATE: September 16, 2022 from 12-2pm.  Come celebrate our 50th Anniversary of the 13-0 Team.  We will be coming together the same weekend of the 45th RIHS 1977 Homecoming Reunion.

Our celebration will be at Franklin Jr High field or at MLK Center if weather does not permit an outdoor event.  We hope you can make it!  Donate here if you would like to contribute to the scholarship.
