I’m really honored and proud to be supporting United States Foundation for Children of Haiti (USFCH). Since my parents are immigrants from Haiti, it was important for me to connect with an organization that was paying it forward through service and vision to create sustainable change. USFCH’s prime mission and goal has been about changing the minds, hearts and lives of children and the greater community within Haiti’s Port Au Prince. They are bringing much needed change to those in need with an orphanage for special needs children, primary education of 200+ students, vocational training with donor supported scholarships for the C-Tech program in areas such as nursing, carpentry, computer technology, etc..., and finally healthcare through the 48 bed Hope Hospital where every 6 months a lift-team from Texas flies in to offer free surgery to children with cleft palates. What really impressed me is that less than 5% of donor funds go to the administration staff and the rest serves the needs of the children and programs. The work they are doing is extraordinary and I encourage you to help USFCH expand with increased support and awareness to fulfill their mission in “Changing Minds, Changing Hearts, Changing Lives”. #OnWednesdaysWeGiveBack
