Dear UConn Nation,

The past two seasons Bleeding Blue for Good has been incredible and incredible source of support for our Football Program. Our staff and players are truly aware and appreciative of the passion of Husky Nation. We are all proud to be a part of this community and proud to be Huskies! As we approach the start of the 2024 football season, I want to not only share our program’s appreciation for what you do for us, but also share how we can continue to ensure that we are moving in a positive direction as we build our program. We pride ourselves on recruiting high character student-athletes who excel both on and off the field. Those of you that have had a chance to get to know our players, particularly over the past two seasons through our relationship with Bleeding Blue for Good, know what a special group we have.

NIL (Name, Image and Likeness) is a critical part of the success of our program. We are incredibly grateful to all of you that have decided to join Bleeding Blue for Good and support our NIL efforts. We are amazed by the growth and success of Bleeding Blue for Good in just two seasons. The truth is, we have more work to do to grow the support for Bleeding Blue for Good. It has been an incredible addition to our life skills program, developing responsible, community-minded individuals through their partnerships with organizations like the Connecticut Children’s Hospital, the Boys & Girls Clubs, the Tommy Fund and Red Cross.

I am asking all Husky supporters to make the decision to join Bleeding Blue for Good and to be a part of our efforts to ensure this program continues its path toward success both on and off the field. Becoming a part of Bleeding Blue for Good provides opportunities to make a positive difference in our athletes’ personal lives now and into the future. We thank you again for your support and to all of you for stepping up to stand with us in this new and highly competitive environment.
