Since the day she was born on March 13, 2018, we knew Valentina's time with us might be limited. Doctors painted a devastating picture and warned us that her life could be defined by obstacles and unimaginable challenges. Yet, Valentina's spirit defied expectations in the most beautiful way. Despite being in and out of the hospital, she found a way to smile—a smile that lit up our entire world and taught us what it truly means to embrace life with joy and courage. Our home was filled with Valentina's laughter and love. She was more than just our daughter; she was the light that warmed our hearts and inspired everyone she met. Her smile was a sanctuary, a reminder that happiness could persist even amidst hardship. On August 3, 2026, when Valentina left us, her absence felt immeasurable. Our world shifted, as if the sun had set too soon, yet her legacy continues to guide us every day. I don’t regret a moment of choosing to embrace her world. Valentina taught us that real strength is found in the most unexpected places. Her laughter echoes in our hearts, and her smile will forever be our happy place.
