For the month of November we will be having a Dorm council meeting surrounded by Kindness and Gratitude for this giving season!!Our meeting will be held on November 10th from 3:30pm to 4:30pm in building 2262 (Dorm Management building)
BRING YOUR FAVORITE NCO, SNCO, or OFFCIER (or your supervisor). This is highly encouraged. If you are a higher up and don't have airman under you we still encourage your attendance.
🦃We will also be serving a small Thanksgiving meal prepared by the council members for all to who attend to enjoy.🍗

we are also asking for donations to purchase the items we need to prepare and serve the food!!
The menu we have come up with is below:
Meats: Baked Chicken, Fried Fish, Honey Glazed Ham
Sides: Baked Mac and Cheese, Collard Greens, Candy Yams, Stuffing/Dressing, Baked Beans, Yeast rolls
Dessert: Sweat potato Pie, Apple pie, Other sweets
Beverages: Juices, Lemonade, Sweet Tea, water

Aluminum serving trays
Disposable Cutlery
Disposable Plates
Napkins
Disposable Cups
Table cloths/table covering
We are asking for donations of food(ham, chicken/chicken wings , boxes of macaroni, baked beans etc.) or money, our budget is $400.
If you have food items you would like to donate please let me know by emailing me separately! If you would like to donate money you can use the link below to donate to Dorm Council all funds collected will go to this Dorm Council meeting and meal!!
