After years of trying to fight for my marriage, I had to file for divorce. I had hoped it was going to be resolved quickly and not cost nearly as much as I’ve spent, but with the process being drug out and the possibility of trial ahead of me, I am hoping to recoup some costs.
So far I have spent:
- $6,500- my lawyer
- $2,000- Guardian ad Litem for the children
- $750- mediation
Having to ask for separation/divorce also displaced me from my job last year.
I’m just trying to move forward and start a new life for myself and my 2 children. Anything you’re able to help with is a huge blessing to us
