Help A Vietnam Vet Family Get Reliable Transport

Hello my name is David. I am a 71 year old Vietnam vet and I have two handicap people living in my household. My wife and one of my adult sons. It's hard to get rides to dr. appointments sometimes, we can't go grocery shopping, we have to send someone usually my son and his wife. Only time we get to visit is when we are having a cookout or holiday dinner. So I came here to try to raise funds to buy a use pickup. I'm not looking to get a new one , just a reliable one.
