I have a large amount of medical expenses from seven hospital visits and surgeries last year. I still need two more surgeries this year to keep me from being paralyzed from the waist down, along with months of physical therapy. Because I do not drive, my costs to go to the doctor are at least double when you factor in transportation. I have been living on disability income since 2013, so my resources are very limited. On top of that, I take medicines that cost me thousands each year, and I have truly hit my breaking point.
The most urgent need is to pay last year's medical bills, as the hospital is blocking me from having the surgeries and care I need this year. Your support would also help me cover upcoming surgeries, travel, medicine, hospitalization, physical therapy, and past due expenses. I am doing everything I can to manage, but the financial burden is overwhelming.
