The Hernandez family is going through a time of trial and trusting in the Lord right now. Back in November 2025, Junior went in for a routine MRI and within a few weeks was diagnosed again with a grade 2 atypical meningioma (brain tumor). This is the second one in 3 years.
Junior has been doing some holistic/alternative treatments along with lifestyle changes to help give his body the best chance to fight against the tumor’s growth. Since most insurance companies will not cover holistic or alternative treatments, he has been paying out of pocket for those. Praise the Lord for Junior feeling great this whole time and not having any symptoms from the tumor. In addition, by God's grace, Junior has been able to continue to work during these treatments.
Now on May 6th, he will be having stereotactic radiosurgery. With insurance changes and many out of pocket expenses, this has been an additional financial burden.
Junior is a loving husband, and father to 6 beautiful children. He is a faithful serving church member and deacon.
They would covet your prayers during this time. That the Lord would heal him completely and that the tumor will not come back again. If you feel led to give, it would bless them so much during this trial.
