I don’t like posting my business like this, & I wouldn’t if I didn’t NEED help.
For some background, I’ve been out of work since September until December 26th I finally started working again. My savings have already been depleted, and I have already borrowed from family and friends to get by. On December 29th, I was brutally assaulted, the offender was caught and charged with felony rape, ICE deported him almost immediately, so my case will never make it to trial. On December 30th, I had a mental breakdown that led me to spend the night in jail. This has severely impacted my mental health and I need some more intensive support than just weekly therapy and medication management right now. My therapist is recommending a 30 day inpatient program to help me get through this trauma. Also, on Wednesday I am scheduled for Oral surgery to get dentures which is also another $1000 out of pocket expense I need to find for a very necessary surgery.
If I can meet my goal, I will be able to get both of the treatments I need and hopefully start over again without additional extreme financial repercussions, as I already owe for the help I’ve received from being out of work.
This will cover my out of pocket cost for my surgery, my rent and expenses while I’m away getting mental health treatment, and it will afford me the opportunity to recover from everything without coming back to extreme stress from the financial burdens.
