Help a Veteran, Father, and Husband Rebuild After Devastating House Fire
My name is Justin Kister. I'm a U.S. Army veteran, a husband, a father—and now, a man trying to rebuild a life for my family after losing everything in a house fire.
On 05/12_2025 our home burned down. In a matter of minutes, we lost everything: clothing, furniture, keepsakes, family photos—gone. My wife and our children are safe, thank God, but we’re left with nothing but the clothes on our backs and the will to start over.

Why We Need Help
I’ve always been the one people could count on. As a sergeant in the 82nd Airborne, I led soldiers through warzones in Iraq and Afghanistan. I know what it means to endure and fight through hard times.
But this isn’t a mission I can complete alone.
We're asking for help with:
Temporary housing and relocation expenses
Replacing basic essentials: clothing, beds, household supplies
Food, hygiene products, and school items for our kids
Support while we navigate insurance, paperwork, and recovery

About Us
We’re a proud military family. We’ve overcome long nights, long deployments, and now—we face our hardest test yet: starting over completely from scratch. I’m not looking for a handout. I’m just asking for a hand to help lift my family back up.

How You Can Help
Every dollar will go directly to helping my wife and children have a safe place to live, a warm bed to sleep in, and the basics we need to move forward.
If you can't donate, please consider sharing this with others. Your kindness and support mean everything to us right now.
Thank you for helping us rise from this.
Justin, Bek, and family
