Hi, my name is Isabella.
When I was 16, I was diagnosed with a rare kidney disease called MPGN Type II. After years of treatment, I was fortunate to go into remission — and I stayed there for a decade. But in July 2023, my health started to decline again. By January 2024, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease, and soon after, things began to spiral.
Most recently, I was diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), which has been incredibly debilitating. It affects my heart rate, blood pressure, and energy levels, making even daily tasks overwhelming. As my health declined, I lost my job and with it, my financial stability.
Right now, the biggest burden I’m facing is my car payment. My car is not just transportation — it’s how I get to doctor’s appointments, pick up medications, and stay connected to the outside world. If I could pay it off, it would relieve a huge weight off my shoulders and give me space to focus on healing.
If you’re able to help in any way — whether through a donation or sharing this with others — I’d be deeply grateful. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
With love,
Isabella 🤍
