Blue was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer called apocrine gland adenocarcinoma. I took him to the vet for what I thought was a regular visit and our whole world came crashing down. They found a tumor on January 7th. Immediately I was referred to an oncologist and I Immediately scheduled an appt. On 1/12, his vet did a biopsy of the tumor along with removing two soft lumps on his chest. Biopsy came back malignant. It's cancer...Once arriving home my other dog attacked him because dogs recognize sent and he did not smell like himself. I then had to rush him to the Emergency vet due to a laceration on his head that needed stitches. Then on 1/21 we had an appt with the oncologist where they did x-rays and ultrasounds to see if the cancer has spread. It has spread to 2 lymphonodes and his spleen. STAGE 4 CANCER. 💔We are meeting with a surgeon Monday to discuss surgery, where they will remove his tumor, both lymph nodes and his spleen. Then he will be put on chemo. I have pet insurance, but that is not enough, although it helps alot. I have already paid 4k into his vet care and the surgery is estimated to be around 9k. He is only 9 years old and his breed can live up to 16 years old. This dog has been here for me through everything and we cant lose him. These little boys love him so much and need him around longer. Please help anyway you can. If you cant donate please pray for Blue. Thank you so much!
For those of you who dont know. I have been struggling with a chronic illness and a lot of my care is not covered by insurance, so this has been extremely overwhelming financially. But, I will do whatever it takes to take care of my baby.

Blues favorite Aunt sent him a get well soon card. 🥰
