🙏 Help Chris (aka Peanut) Recover After Devastating Motorcycle Accident            On September 26th, 2025, our beloved friend Chris — known to many as “Peanut” — was involved in a tragic motorcycle accident after being struck by a car. The crash left him with catastrophic injuries, including a shattered right side, requiring multiple surgeries to insert metal plates, pins, and screws. He also suffered a partial foot amputation and bleeding on the brain, which led to a stroke on the left side of his body.

Chris is currently in the ICU at a long-term rehabilitation center, on a feeding tube, and facing a long, painful road to recovery.

If you know Peanut, you know he’s the kind of person who’s always there when someone needs help. He’s the go-to handyman in our small community — the guy who can fix anything. But more than that, he’s the one who shows up when it matters most. After hurricanes, you’d find him clearing debris, cutting down fallen trees, and helping families put their lives back together — often without ever being asked.

Now it’s our turn to show up for him.

Chris was the primary provider for his family, and with him unable to work, his wife is facing the crushing weight of mortgage payments, household bills, and medical expenses, all on her own. We are raising $30,000 to help support them during this incredibly difficult time.

Your donations will help cover:

  • Mortgage and basic living expenses
  • Extensive medical bills and rehabilitation care
  • Transportation, caregiver, and long-term support needs

Chris — “Peanut” — is more than just a neighbor. He’s a pillar of this community, a giver, a helper, and now, someone who desperately needs our help.

Please consider donating, sharing this page, or sending love and prayers. Every bit of support means the world and will make a real difference for a family that’s given so much to others.

💙 Thank you for standing with Peanut and his family.
