JUSTREALLYNEEDHELP

Hello wonderful people. My name is Victoria and I'm going to be honest. I really really need some help. I am by no means looking for a handout just a hand. I'm a single woman, working my fingers to the bone, like most Americans, to get ahead. I have a Chronic Kidney Disease.I have managed for 3 years to keep myself off Dialysis, however I am still a sick woman. I have very very difficult day where I have to be taken off work for weeks at a time, this throws me back so far that when I do get back at to work it's so hard if not impossible for me to catch up. So America I am asking for help from anyone that can afford to help me. I help ppl so much even when I don't have it to give so I'm hoping there are others like me that will have a heart to give. I prayed to God about this before I came on here so that's where I'm goin to let it reside, in his hands. If I could at least get a Lil help with just school It will help me so much. This is about wat I owe for school and I am paying now way, no student loans. So if anyone can afford to give any find it in their hearts to help me. Please please please Help Me.
