My name is Dejalynn, my husband and I have been trying to have a baby for the last 9 years. After years of doctor appointments, various testing, medications, and two ectopic pregnancies that almost ended my life; our last option we have, before adoption or surrogacy, is to conceive through IVF. I have always dreamt of being a mother and carrying and birthing my child. I have been reluctant to create one of these fundraisers out of fear of rejection and criticizm. However, we are at our wits end with trying to take the next step in the IVF path. The procedure is very expensive and the journey itself is emotionally and financially extreme. Our medical bills alone from my 2nd ectopic pregnancyis more than $20k-so high that we had to stop all appointments, even to our regular PCP for check ups.
