Let me first say, I am very embarrassed having to ask for help in this manner, but please know, I truly wouldn't if I had any other choices. This is EXTREMELY important to me and even more important I have legal assistance.
Turns out I need a lawyer to get some things done in a legal manner. And ASAP!!!!
My ex and I had a verbal agreement as to how I would be compensated monthly for the next 4-5 yrs. He simply doesnt want to hold up to this agreement, so I have met with an attorney and I know now that I actually have legal right's and entitlements. In order to go forward, I have to make a legal filing. This seems simple, I know. But, it isn't!!
There are some tricky legal matters pertaining to the marriage certificate. I cannot go into details rt this moment, but its going to require a lawyer to straighten it out.
Sooo, because this is a tricky and uncommon situation in the legal sense. We have to prove the marriage took place, bcuz he will not give me the actual signed marriage certificate. Then proceed with a legal divorce, and in proving this, it will enable me to get what I am legally entitled to. I have no desire to go after him and take everything I can. I just want what he promised and what is legally mine. It's goin to take funds for this to happen, so I am here out of desperation and in a time crunch, asking for your help,!!! Every cent counts!! and is appreciated too!!! He has pulled the agreed financial rug out from under me as of three wks ago, without any kind of warning or notice. I really need legal help NOW!! I am also having to leave my current home again bcuz of this. I cannot afford the legal assistance without your help.
