This fundraiser is to raise money for an attorney for my son, Aaron Talukder, AKA: Ehesan Talukder. My son has been imprisoned in Indonesia since December of 2024 and needs help. He and his wife hired an attorney, but that attorney was very corrupt and was a part of a scam by the last prosecutor to extort money from him, leaving him without money and no legal counsel!

 

Ehsan had a hearing back in December, 2024 and they ruled that he was not a drug dealer and labeled him a user. The only evidence they have is that he signed for a package that contained a bottle of liquid THC. The truth is there was only a very small amount in a vape liquid.  He used this for pain ( health reasons). After his ruling, he was sent to a rehab facility for 3 months, of which he had to pay for. After he served his rehab, he was told he would go free.  Instead they sent him to a low level prison, where he is today , a year later. He has been in jail there since March 13th, 2025.  There is no other reason for them to hold him; they are just messing with him because they can.  They are doing this because he is American and they think he has money they can steal from him. The government is very corrupt. The US Embassy knows what is going on and have limited power to help...so they say. This is where I need your help. He needs a good lawyer and is out of money. They took it all and gave him nothing in return! Any amount you can give will be greatly appreciated!  

 

Please help me get my son out of this corrupt system in Indonesia. His family's lives have been in turmoil, and his 5 year-old son just wants to see his Papa home. The conditions in this prison are beyond horrific!  They treat them worse than animals.
