Many know our background. Pregnancy disabled me and I cannot work full time. I am doing what I can and going to school. Nick lost his job in May of 2025. His field is going to AI quickly. The applications are in the thousands with minimal hits. The only job offer? Part time at target. Now presents new issues. Student loans are being held up due to OBBB and Nick has determined that it is best to seek more intensive mental healthcare. I am so proud of him.
We have no idea when we will get our student loans and this is setting us behind by months. We are not even making ends meet as those loans were what paid rent, helped with food, and so on. Scarlet has minimal awareness of what is happening. She is 6. Her world should be nothing but fun. We are fortunate that we have received scholarships for camps and there are a ton of free programs locally.
Please consider helping. Nick needs to focus on getting better. This puts even more of a load onto me and I am pending my own surgery.
