Update: I still don’t have my baby boy back with me. I will get to see him soon but not in a setting I want to. The legal fees are still stacking up along with other expenses like fixing up the vehicle I now have, $1400 in rent on our jointly leased home that I’m now stuck with. Doctors appointments, medications not covered by insurance. Unfortunately due to court, mediation, etc I’ve missed some work so that hasn’t helped either. Any little bit helps as I need to also have income to support my son.
My son’s father took him away and left while I was at work on 9/23/25. My son is my entire world, my reason for living and breathing. My miracle. I need help getting him back. His father has filed a protective order against me, for what I don’t know, but I need to fight that too. I have a hearing on 10/1/25! I need an attorney scheduled and paid before then! I feel like I can barely breathe without him in my arms. I need financial help for an attorney as I was already out of work most of the last 2 weeks caring for my sick child. His father also had the vehicle I had been driving towed away, so I have no form of transportation to and from work right now. I need my baby back in my arms! Pleas help!
