Our hearts are shattered as we share the tragic loss of someone who meant everything to so many.
Diane was more than just a sister, aunt, cousin, mentor, and best friend—she was a light in this world. A passionate marine biologist, she dedicated her life to caring for animals and protecting the beauty of our oceans. But more than anything, she loved her family and friends deeply, and that love was felt by everyone who knew her.
On March 27th, Diane’s life was taken far too soon in a heartbreaking act of violence by someone who was supposed to protect her. Our family is still trying to process this unimaginable loss.
Right now, we are asking for help to bring her sister and nephews and Neice in laws home from the West Coast to Massachusetts so they can say their final goodbyes and be together during this painful time. No one should have to face a loss like this without their loved ones by their side.
We are not asking for much—just enough to cover travel expenses and help reunite the family as we lay Diane to rest.
If you are able to donate, share, or keep our family in your prayers, it would mean more than we can ever express.
Thank you for your love, support, and kindness during this incredibly difficult time.
