i’m Robert Swift a 45 year-old male that has a heart conditions COPD chronic blood clots, and several strokes also have other issues I do not want to disclose on this appback-and-forth to the doctor is what the money would be used for I’ve spent 28 years in the fire department .
I can’t work due to being sick. I’ve worked for 15 years with the company that I was employed with.I’m not the kind I want something for nothing. I wish I could go back to work, but I can’t.
