Hello East Lit Class of 2007,
I’m reaching out to share that our classmate, LaQuesha Woodard, passed away in August 2025. In honor of her memory, we are coming together to support her daughter, Kaori White, as she prepares for an exciting next chapter.
Kaori, a future graduate of Nashville School of the Arts, will be heading to Chicago for college on a scholarship. While this is an incredible achievement, we know that transitions like this come with additional expenses. Her grandmother, LaRosa, has generously been covering the costs of Kaori’s senior year, and we would love to help ease that burden.
Our goal is to support Kaori and help make her transition to college as smooth as possible. I will be sharing a link to her registry once it is available.
