My friend Brian, who is from Uganda, has completed his Nursing Studies in Uganda, but cannot start to work as a Nurse because Uganda doesn't provide new graduates nurse internships, nor job opportunities. Uganda requires him to do a nurse internship before he can get his nursing license. He is in need of financial help to be able to move to South Sudan to pursue an internship and job opportunity available to him there. I am helping him create this fundraiser because he is unable to do so from Uganda. Any donation to support his dream of being a nurse would be greatly appreciated. May God bless you.
Here is his story as told by him:
My name is Kutosi Brian Ivan. Am a Ugandan by nationality . I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Nursing Sciences in Kampala International University. I recently completed my class studies and am now looking forward to do internship to be fully licensed as a nurse . Our country is no longer deploying medical interns due to lack of funds to cater for the welfare of interns . This has made my dream of being a nurse come to a stand still. I can't practice the profession I liked since childhood because of lack of a practicing license. Some of my fellow colleagues from have flee to neighboring countries to do their internship and are now working. Am now looking as the same path in order to complete my dreams. Am therefore battling with some funds in order to acquire a passport, Visa and also my welfare. Am kindly requesting for any form of assistance to get my dreams come true . Thank you so much
