Our Podcast

About Ryun and Jon-

Ryun here, since I can remember I’ve always had an issue with my weight. I’ve yo yo’d up and down all my adult life. Also, I’m an addict. You name it. I’m addicted.  I’m fed up and after learning this past October right before my 52 birthday that I have congenital heart failure, I’ve decided it’s now or never. Jon and I met about 6 years ago and I’ve tried to set up sessions with him. The stars never aligned or I made up excuses...Cut to October 2023 when he visited me in the hospital and we talked. Physically I started feeling better but couldn’t find a job and I was feeling sorry for myself and thinking there has to be a reason why I’m still here. So I texted him and asked if he wanted to do a podcast. Now here we are. I am doing the damn thing. This will be our story for the next 270 days. This is my TEMPL Method journey.

At age 45 program creator Jon Parsons had a wake-up call, finding himself overweight, consuming excess amounts of alcohol, and having to stay home while his wife exercised, he was fed up. In pain, fat, and frustrated Dr. Parsons set out to reverse the course of his life. Through education, research, and personal experiences in the very same TEMPL program this podcast is about, Jon saved his life and began to stop all of the effects of premature aging he had been experiencing. Now at age 51, Jon is enjoying his grandchildren and loves having a friendship with his adult children. Being physically able to exercise and embark on outdoor activities free of pain is truly something he will not put a price tag on.
