Help a Deaf Single Mother Raise Funds to Buy a Reliable Vehicle
Hello, my name is Tamra. I am a Deaf single mother of three young children, all under the age of three. I am raising funds to purchase a safe and reliable vehicle for my family.
Since November, my children and I have been living in a shelter while I work hard toward building a stable and independent future for us. Despite the challenges we have faced, I have continued to focus on my education. I am a straight-A college student pursuing my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree, which I am on track to complete next year.
Reliable transportation is one of the biggest needs my family currently has. With three small children and three car seats, I need a dependable vehicle with enough room to safely transport my family. Having my own vehicle would allow me to take my children to daycare, medical appointments, and other important activities. It would also provide transportation for my upcoming internship and school responsibilities as I work toward completing my degree.
All funds raised through this fundraiser will go toward purchasing a reliable used vehicle and transportation-related expenses.
