Hello, my name is Kimberly. My daughter, Taylor, is a 3 time open heart surgery survivor.
1st Open Heart- 18 Hours old to keep her alive.
2nd Open Heart- 8 Months old was to give her her first replacement valve.
3rd Open Heart- 9 Years old to replace valve with new valve.
Due to the wonderful work of her doctors, she has had a very beautiful and fulfilled life for the past 21 years. Recently her doctors have informed us it's time for her 3rd valve replacement surgery. Unfortunately, all of Taylor's medical coverage isn't in place and she is currently uninsured. St. Joseph Hospital in Tampa, FL is willing to preform the surgery. They have requested for Taylor to apply for as much assistance as she can get to cover expenses for surgery and to help cover medications and health supplies at the time of surgery.
I am starting this SpotFund to help my daughter in anyway that we can. All help is a blessing but if you are not in a position to donate, that is absolutely fine, well wishes and thoughts for a safe surgery and a speedy recovery for Taylor are greatly appreciated in this time of need.
