I'm 29 years old, and have been competitively racing go karts for the last 15 years.
Racing is a male-dominated sport, and as one of the few female competitors out there, saying this is the hardest thing I have ever done is an understatement.
But, I love it, and breaking through the barriers, stereotypes, and gender bias that exists is something I am truly passionate about.

On November 3-7, 2021 there is a national race taking place in Las Vegas, NV called ROK Vegas, where competitors from all over the world will be competing for the national title.
I have been invited to compete at this year's event, but I will need help from my supporters and community to make this happen.
I have just moved up into a different age bracket for competing, but I am still racing on equipment from the previous category that is worn out and not equivalent to that of my competitors.
I recently competed in two races in this new category, but I was only able to pull off a 6th place finish.
I know if I had the newer chassis and engine that everyone else has, that I could have a chance at contending for the win.
If I were to win or even podium at ROK Vegas, I would be breaking a new record for females in motorsports, as it's never been done before.

I am confident I have what it takes to be not only the best female, but the best driver in my category. I believe in myself, and I hope that me continuing my conquest to compete at this level inspires females of any age to believe in themselves too.

The final event on the 2021 ROK Cup USA calendar will be the annual ROK Vegas event in Las Vegas, Nevada. Taking place November 3-7, 2021, the premier event, now in its fourth year, will award cash and prizes to each and every Vortex ROK division.
