Hi, I want to start off by saying thank you in advanced to those that support my campaign. The support means the world to me.
My food truck Mel's Cheesesteak is my dream and passion. I love what I do and seeing my customers smile when they are enjoying my food or even come back as a repeat customer brings me joy in knowing that I have great food.
Of course with any business, the first few years are the hardest, and trust me when I say has been really hard to where I wanted to give up, but I won't because I know I will come out on top and be even better than ever. I will push even harder to continue with my dream and passion. It will make or break you and I definitely will not let it break me. I have endured some challenges with the food truck from malfunction equipment, to not be able to run the truck properly, and loosing out money. I want to be able to work on a consistently base and get back up running full time again and seeing my customers smile and enjoying my food.
It will be a lie if I said I don't need help financially, and I really do. All donations will go towards my food truck and will help get me back on track.
