Carrie Jackson was recently diagnosed with stage four colon cancer in the beginning of September of this year (2023). The cancer was found after it had already spread to her liver and both lungs. Stage four colon cancer is incurable. Therefore, Carrie must do chemotherapy every two weeks for the rest of her life. As you can imagine, the hospital bills are high and are going to continue to rise.
Carrie is an amazing registered nurse (RN) who always put her patients and others needs before her own. She works at an assisted living facility, where her patients are family to her and are cared for with the upmost care by her. Now is our time to show Carrie the same love and care she shows her patients and others.
Carrie is staying strong and continuing to fight everyday for her three children and three grandchildren. She is also continuing this fight for her patients at the assisted living facility as well. She is fighting hard to be able to go back to work and be there for her patients again.
